The grapes come from the Wellington region, a sub-region within the Coastal region.
About The Harvest
Hand picked, full ripe Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were harvested for this wine.
In The Cellar
A third of the wine was aged in first fill barrels, with another third in second fill barrels, for a period of 12 months. The last third was unwooded.
